Areas of Focus
-
Trauma doesn’t just stay in the past— it lingers in how we see ourselves and relate to others. It can make us question our worth, feel disconnected, or build walls around our hearts. In relationships, it can create patterns of fear, distrust, or emotional withdrawal. But healing is about breaking those patterns, rediscovering your strength, and learning how to show up as your authentic self. Together, we’ll explore the roots of these patterns, so you can create healthier connections and finally feel at peace within yourself.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that acts as a gentle reset for your brain, helping you process and release emotional blockages that keep you stuck in the past. Imagine your mind as a cluttered attic, filled with boxes marked with trauma, fear, and anxiety—memories that haven’t been filed away properly, creating emotional clutter that can trigger you unexpectedly. During an EMDR session, I use my training to guide you through a series of eye movements or taps, helping your brain reprocess these painful memories. This process is like bringing those dusty boxes into the light, allowing you to sort through them with less emotional charge. As a result, your brain can make sense of these experiences, reduce their power over you, and bring you back into the present, no longer weighed down by the past. EMDR is subtle yet transformative, helping you heal from past wounds so you can move forward lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

Anxiety can feel like a constant storm inside— a cycle of worry, fear, and uncertainty that takes over the mind and body. It keeps us stuck in “what if” scenarios and can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. But anxiety doesn’t have to control you. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes, understand the patterns, and use practical tools to help you feel grounded and calm. Healing from anxiety is about learning to trust yourself again and finding peace in the present moment.

Item descriptionDepression often feels like a weight that keeps you stuck, heavy, and disconnected from the world around you. It’s easy to lose sight of what brings you joy or purpose. But healing from depression involves more than just thinking differently— it’s about reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level. Through somatic practices, we can begin to shift the physical heaviness in your body, release the tension that holds you back, and create space for lightness and possibility. It’s about gently reawakening your energy and finding your way back to hope, one step at a time.
-
Relationship struggles often arise from unspoken fears, unmet needs, and old wounds that get in the way of true connection. It’s easy to slip into patterns of miscommunication, defensiveness, or feeling invisible. But relationships can transform when both partners are willing to understand each other’s hearts. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, unravel old patterns, and create new ways to communicate and connect. The goal is to move from distance and disconnection to a partnership where both people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Somatic practices are about reconnecting with your body to heal what's been stored there. When we experience trauma or stress, it doesn't just stay in our minds— it gets trapped in our muscles, breath, and movement. Somatic work helps you become aware of these sensations, gently guiding you to release tension, process emotions, and shift old patterns. By tuning into your body’s wisdom, you’ll learn to feel more grounded, resilient, and in control. It’s about creating space for healing from the inside out, so you can show up in your life with greater ease and confidence.

Narcissistic abuse is a slow erosion— the gaslighting, the blame, the constant shifting of responsibility, and the way your reality was rewritten until you weren’t sure what was true anymore, even about yourself. You may be left questioning your own perception and constantly second-guessing your every move. Maybe you still hear their voice in your head, twisting your actions and intentions, leaving you feeling empty, exhausted, and unsure of who you are outside of surviving them. But here’s the truth: that’s not because you’re weak— it’s because you were made to carry more than any person should. In our work together, we’ll untangle the manipulation, recognize the toxic patterns, tend to the wounds left behind, and help you rebuild the trust that matters most— the trust in yourself. You are not what they told you. You are whole. You are real. And you get to take your life back.

Grief isn’t something to “get over.” It’s a force that rewires you, reshapes you, asks you to learn how to live in a world that no longer holds what you lost. Some days, it’s a quiet ache. Other days, it flattens you. The world may tell you to move on, but real healing isn’t about leaving grief behind— it’s about learning to carry it with tenderness, to weave love into the spaces loss has left behind. In our work together, we’ll honor what was, tend to what still longs to be held, and help you find a way forward that doesn’t erase your grief, but allows you to keep living, breathing, and loving— even in its wake.

For the neurodivergent mind, the world can feel like a relentless game of “keep up”— masking, pushing, forcing yourself into shapes that were never meant for you. The burnout from trying to fit into rigid systems isn’t a personal failing; it’s a sign that your brain was designed for something different. In our work together, we’ll slow down and listen— to the parts of you that have been dismissed, to the stories that shaped you, to the nervous system patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll untangle shame, release old wounds, and build a way of being that honors you— your rhythms, your brilliance, your truth. You don’t have to keep fighting yourself. You get to rest, heal, and come home to who you really are.
